Membership in the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution is a unique opportunity to establish your lineage and heritage as a descendant of a patriot of the American Revolutionary War.
An applicant for membership must be at least 18 years of age and prove her lineal, bloodline descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American independence. The applicant must provide documentation for each birth, marriage, and death in the line, including the applicant's birth certificate naming her parents.
We are delighted to welcome new members. The women who make up our membership are from a variety of backgrounds and come from all walks of life, yet we share a common bond of tracing our ancestry back to those who helped gain our nation’s independence.
